Whisper Walls

The Whisper Walls system allows your designer virtually unlimited freedom, resulting in a beautiful wall surface with the added benefit of pleasing acoustics. You also benefit from a choice of core materials – acoustically absorptive, reflective, pin-able or a combination of all three – to suits your particular requirements. Whisper Ceilings

The ceiling system is structured in the same way as the wall product and enables this often overlooked area to be integrated into the design and even to become a feature. The varieties of core materials that are available ensure that the ceiling can fulfil the requirements of the space below it.

WhisperBaffle

For large open spaces, the WhisperBaffle is the acoustical answer. A low cost and non intrusive solution to reverberation control, the WhisperBaffle system is ideal for interior design purposes where a tailored, up-styled look is desired or where a large area doesn't allow for a suspended ceiling. This product provides excellent design flexibility. Each surface can be covered with a different colour or style of fabric. Alternatively, WhisperArt technology can be used to place individual images, logos or a series of images onto each baffle. Acoustic baffles can be easily maintained or updated by simply replacing the fabric.

WhisperTak Acoustic Pin Board

For your next project requiring pin-boards, consider our WhisperTak acoustic pin board system. This system can be made in sizes as large as 1200mm x 2400mm, using a variety of textiles to suit any interior space. Constructed with a lightweight core material and coupled with the unique polymer stretching track, the finish has a beautiful bevel or square edge detail with a shadow edge gap. WhisperTak pin boards can be built to suit the length of your office wall or desk space.

Dual density cores can also be utilized for specific acoustic panel requirements. As with all our products, the fabric is completely removable and replaceable for any reason, because the polymer stretching system uses no glue or mechanical fasteners to attach the fabric.

How the Whisper Wall System is formed

Components

The standard system is composed of three components; a patented polymer stretching system, a core infill and a fabric of your choosing. The design professional need only select the system depth, edge profile, core requirements and fabric, in order to create a system to satisfy both acoustical and aesthetic needs.

Edge, Mid-Wall & Reveal Conditions

The system is available in standard 12mm, 23mm, 32mm, 38mm & 52mm depths. Other speciality system depths are available on an individual job basis.

Edge conditions come in four standard configurations: bevel, radius, square and welted.

Speciality mid-wall conditions can also be achieved in the form of integrated reveals. Available in several widths and incorporating the standard edge conditions, reveals offer the designer a dramatic styling tool. Reveal cavities are available as recessed, flushed, or raised conditions and have been engineered to accept our Low Voltage Light System. Reveal finishes can include paint, wood, metal, and other speciality materials.

Installation

The Whisper Walls system can be installed in two stages. The stretching system and core can be installed as part of a wet works - while painting and plastering are still being undertaken and before the building is weather tight. Unlike many decorative finishes, the fabric can be installed as one of the last jobs of the project.

Professional installation is a very quick & clean operation and can be performed outside business hours, anywhere in Europe.
